The rich, informative Detail List - Description view provides details about events right up front. Busy Trumba U alumni can read detailed event descriptions, see location maps, request more information, RSVP by email, and add events to their personal calendars without displaying any other page.

Detailed List - Description Main Spud

expandWhat it does

  • Displays an interactive calendar of events.
  • Click an event to open the event details page.
  • Move between events by group or page.
  • Click RSS to subscribe to an RSS feed of the calendar's events.
  • Click iCal to subscribe to an iCalendar feed of the calendar's events.
  • Click Subscribe to subscribe to an Atom feed of the calendar's events or a scheduled email message containing upcoming events.
  • Select one or more events and click Add to My Calendar, Remind Me By Email, or another event action.

expandWhat you can customize

  • Colors and fonts.
  • Which events the calendar includes.
  • How public the calendar is.
  • Time zone.
  • The day with which weeks begin.
  • The time with which days begin and end.
  • View (for example, Classic Month, List).
  • The appearance of the event details page.
  • The events included in RSS, Atom, and iCal feeds.
  • Whether or not visitors can sign up for upcoming event email.

Date Finder Control Spud

  • Click the arrows to move between months.
  • Click a date to display it on the Calendar spud.
  • Hover over a date to display a list of events.

Event Submission

Try this in the calendar:

  • Click an event description to open the event details page. Click the map thumbnail to get directions to the event location. Click Back to Alumni in the event details page to return to the calendar.
  • Click an Email RSVP link.
