Muti-Week view is a classic view with a twist: you can choose the number of weeks you want to display at a time. For the busy Campus Life calendar, which contains a variety of student-, alumni-, and community-oriented events, a six-week Classic Multi-Week view seemed ideal.

Multi-Week Main Spud

expand What it does

  • Displays an interactive calendar of events.
  • Click an event to open the event details page.
  • Hover over an event to see an event details popup.
  • Move between events by group or page.
  • Click RSS to subscribe to an RSS feed of the calendar's events.
  • Click iCal to subscribe to an iCalendar feed of the calendar's events.
  • Click Subscribe to subscribe to an Atom feed of the calendar's events or a scheduled email message containing upcoming events.
  • Select one or more events and click Add to My Calendar, Remind Me By Email, or another event action.

  • Which events the calendar includes.
  • How public the calendar is.
  • Time zone.
  • The day with which weeks begin.
  • The time with which days begin and end.
  • View (for example, Classic Month, List).
  • The appearance of the event details page.

  • Whether or not visitors can sign up for upcoming event email.

  • Whether or not to display event update markers.
  • Whether or not to support hover event details popup windows.

  • How many events visitors can act on at a time.
  • Whether or not visitors can sign up to attend events.
  • Whether or not to automatically replicate your calendar's events on the Eventful website.

Event Submission

Try this in the calendar:

  • Using the arrows at the top left, advance the view a week at a time.
  • Click Subscribe. In the window that opens, click Weekly email. Provide a name and valid email address to receive a weekly upcoming evemts email message from the Campus Life calendar. (Unsubscribe at any time by clicking a link at the bottom of any message you receive.)
