Chemistry Department / Performance view

The Chemistry Department sponsors several repeating events. Each program hosts a weekly seminar, the graduate students convene regularly to share their research, and every other month a famous researcher is invited to present a paper. We chose Performance view for the Chemistry calendar because it displays all instances of each repeating event together. This makes it easy for visitors to take actions with specific instances or the series as a whole.

  • Displays an interactive calendar of events.
  • Click an event to open the event details page.
  • Click RSS to subscribe to an RSS feed of the calendar's events.
  • Click iCal to subscribe to an iCalendar feed of the calendar's events.
  • Click Subscribe to subscribe to an Atom feed of the calendar's events or a scheduled email message containing upcoming events.
  • Select one or more events and click Add to My Calendar, Remind Me By Email, or another event action.

Try this in the calendar:

  • Click Subscribe. In the window that opens, select an option to subscribe to an RSS, Atom, or iCalendar feed. To learn more about feeds, click Help in the top right corner of that window.
  • Click the More Info link to see what happens.
